    No, some times we do free repairs.

    Yes, depending on the make and models prices may vary.

    Do you charge to check what’s wrong with my device?

    No, checking is always free, however, you should be expected to agree that repairs that fall under Tier 1 repair (£30.00) maybe be fixed without contacting the customer, any more than that we would call you with the details of the problem and cost giving you the option to fix or not.

    How long does a repair take?

    We stock all iPhone repairs and can take up to an hour, if we don’t stock it, ordering it take between 3-4 working days.

    Can you assemble customised PC for gaming?

    Yes, definitely we can assemble any PC for any kind of work you need it for, video editing or photo editing and gaming or a standard PC for your regular internet use.

    Are you VAT registered?

    No, but we can email your invoice on request.
